Schools buy polos by the department: front office, teachers on spirit days, custodial, transportation and campus security. Battle Born Clothing prices the whole order on one quote so the district gets the best tier.

## Who orders

District purchasing, principals, office managers and athletic directors at public and private schools, charter networks and district support departments. Orders range from 24 for one office to 300+ for a district.

## What they order

- Port Authority K500 and L500 in school colors for staff
- Team 365 TT51 or Sport-Tek ST650 for PE, transportation and grounds
- CornerStone CS410 for campus security
- Gildan 64800 for one-day spirit events
- Back-yoke STAFF or department text

## A realistic job

### A district ordering 120 polos for five campuses

| Line | Qty | Each | Total |
|---|---|---|---|
| Port Authority K500, left-chest district logo | 120 | $17.55 | $2,106.00 |
| Digitizing, one design | 1 | $18.99 | $18.99 |
| Total before sizes 2XL+ and any adds | | | $2,124.99 |

120 pieces lands in the 80+ tier at $4.00 embroidery per shirt. Each campus can have its own shirt color at no change to the tier; a campus-specific logo would need its own digitizing.

## What to send

- District or school logo files
- Counts by campus, department and size
- Purchase order details if required
- Whether any department gets a performance knit
