Add $18.99 one-time digitizing. Other blanks are listed on each product page or quoted per job. **What if my logo is more than 6,000 stitches?** Every embroidery price covers up to 6,000 stitches. Above that, each additional 1,000 stitches adds $2.00 per piece at 1-11 pieces, $1.50 at 12-23, $1.00 at 24-59, $0.60 at 60-79 and $0.50 at 80 or more, rounded up to the next 1,000. So a 12,000-stitch logo adds $6.00 per piece at 24 and $3.00 at 80 or more. We digitize first and tell you the exact count with the proof before you approve anything. **Is there a minimum order?** No. Battle Born Clothing has no hard minimum on embroidery. Orders of 1 to 23 pieces are priced at the 12-23 tier. **How long does an order take?** Standard turnaround is 28 days from proof approval. Those blanks are quoted per job because the brands set minimum advertised prices. **What file should I send for my logo?** Vector (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) is best. A 300 dpi PNG works. We send a digital proof before stitching anything. **What does digitizing cost?** $18.99 one-time per design, standard 2-day. The file is kept for reorders. **How big is a left-chest logo?** 3 to 4 inches wide, centered over the left chest. Text should be at least 0.25 inch tall. **Do you charge more for 2XL and up?** The blank carries the maker's upcharge, $1-7 per shirt by size.
